The company's fleet of machines consists of state-of-the-art lathes, machining centres and milling machines, which allow almost all mechanical processing to be carried out in-house. This internal organisation guarantees a high level of autonomy and flexibility, which are fundamental elements for optimising production times and improving process management, while ensuring consistent and controlled quality standards.

The turning area includes machinery with an operating range of up to 400 mm in diameter and 2,000 mm in length.

As for milling, the company has versatile machining centres that allow the machining of small parts with a maximum length of 1,000 mm, up to large-format components. The latter area is supported by the introduction of a newly installed milling machine capable of handling workpieces up to 3500 mm in length. This machine, equipped with a numerically controlled (CNC) rotary table and a millesimal bi-rotary head, allows for remarkable precision even in the most complex and multi-angular machining operations.

Thanks to this combination of advanced technologies and in-house expertise, the company is able to respond quickly and accurately to different production requirements, reducing delivery times and improving the overall efficiency of the machining cycle.
